Let’s stop apologising for our unique identity, the need to be fitting in, and being who we are not. For what? Or for who?
To simply be together as we are.
Where all parts of us belong.
Truth is a huge part of what I do, who I am, and where I am going. There is no other place for me to reside.
I feel like I’ve seen enough struggle and lived it fully to know we can heal anything, become healthy and free, to change, to choose again, to thrive.
I see it all the time facilitating change, witnessing people connect to their personal truth, and facing life with heart and both eyes wide open, it is such a gift.
Truth is the key that cuts through the bullshit and shows life as it is…
I know what’s real to me. My truth. It hurts sometimes but I take my seat in it, this is where I steer life from. The realness presents itself in complete simplicity.
As real as it can be for this experience.
Accepting of the whole experience.
Then, more joy comes.
