Where must we need to help ourselves embrace a feeling of safety?

What is our body remembering that may not be relevant anymore to our situation?

The subtle stress raising our cortisol levels and making us go faster, do more and fill the spaces.

The fear when respected can be a big teaching.

Healthy fear arises from expanding our edges.

Unhealthy fear may need or want things that don’t serve us.

It’s good to give fear the time so you can decide.

Slow it down to track yourself.

See what is there, can it be loved and thanked for its protection, and when is it time to set it free for us to come into more wholeness.
